Enjoy a 30 minute mindfulness sessions with Candice. Candice is a qualified Meditation Teacher who specialises in relaxation, self-compassion, heart centred practices and connection to self. Tuesday sessions will include mindfulness based conversations, tips and tricks along with a short meditation practice. Thursday sessions will include a longer meditation practice and a shorter conversation.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
