Nicki has been practising yoga for more than 20 years. She has completed training in fitness-based yoga as well as traditional and spiritually aligned practices.
Nicki holds a certification in trauma-informed yoga and has a strong interest in the manifestation of emotional trauma as chronic pain, tension and disease in the body. She is also currently studying somatic healing and believes the body is a powerful tool for self-healing, self-acceptance and personal transformation.
Nicki’s classes are an invitation to discover a deeper connection between the body, mind and spirit. She uses creative sequencing, energising breath to movement flows, and adaptive and supportive instruction to uplift and empower people to shine their brightest.
Off the mat, Nicki is an experienced naturopath and mother of three. Holistic health and taking care of her family are her greatest passions. She loves to travel and her sense for adventure has taken her all around the world
