Intentional Living might sound a little airy fairy, but what it really means is simply living a life in line with your personal values.
How do you do it? By reflecting and making small shifts within yourself and within your life.
Living with intention will look different for everyone and that's what these workshops are all about. Checking in with yourself, doing some intention setting (with some gentle accountability support), and doing a little healing work (which might simply be taking some time out for yourself by attending these workshops) to allow yourself to live your purpose-fueled life.
