This class is great for improve flexibility, release tension and improve blood flow.
This class can act as a myofascial therapy session, myofascial pain is caused by muscular irritation, typically found in your trigger points throughout muscle tissue. This class will help find these sensitive points and stimulate the stretch reflex in the muscle to increase flexibility and improve blood flow.
Your muscles will feel more relaxed after this class and further after a few sessions you will begin to feel stronger and more flexible in your body enhancing your established yoga practice or even as a stand alone self care practice.
