If you LOVE a Long Slow Deep Class then you are going to love this Short Slow Sweet because it's a mini Long Slow Deep class.

This is a 60 minute variation of our popular Long Slow Deep feature class.

It is more yin compared to the yang – meaning we hold the poses longer but have elements of flow to warm up or counter the yin postures.

Most of the sequences are floor/ground based postures that nourish the hips, spine and helps calm the fluctuations of the mind by learning how to become still and be really absorbed in our breath.  A mind full practice of awareness.  Tracey can't wait!!
