Are you pregnant and looking for something gentle and nurturing to do for your body as it changes daily through pregnancy?
These classes will combine beautiful restorative yoga to assist the body as it adapts and grows, breathing exercises, meditation and visualisations to assist throughout your pregnancy journey and labour.
My names Mel and I have been passionate about yoga for over 10 years and teaching for the last 5, I am on my own pregnancy journey and have been enjoying the changes in my body and turning to yoga daily to not only support my body but also to evoke a state of calmness and connection for me and my baby. I feel this practice has been really important and beneficial throughout the last 7 months and wish to bring this experience to others.
Classes will be a nice nurturing space for pregnant mummas of all stages to come and be. To relax and recharge, leaving with a sense of bliss and preparation for what is to come. I hope these classes will roll into mums and bubs classes and for now am excited to share what I have been learning along the way.
