Long Slow Deep is a practice of stillness, which works deeper into the connective tissues and ligaments for a stretch that goes beyond the muscles that we generally notice in an asana practice. Its a practice of patience and control as we learn to surrender and let go, slowing the breath and harnessing, mind and body connection to do so.
