This is a 4 week course starting with the absolute basics of yoga. This course will help you to grow in your understanding of your own body as you develop strength and flexibility.
The poses and sequences will change a little each week to ensure your practice is fun, challenging, safe and achievable.
You are welcome to come along to this class if you are not a beginner, there is always something new to learn even from the most simple poses.
Preference for bookings will be given to those who are Beginners and who purchase the 4 week pass.
