 A yoga teacher for over 36 years, Narda is a travelling yogini who sets an amazing example through the work she does for others both on and off the mat.  Using research-based yoga and mindfulness meditation techniques, Narda’s wellness programs, resiliency training and iRest programs are used by different organisations including the Queensland Police, Community Veteran Organisations, Public Schools and Studio’s around Australia.
She teaches iRest breath sensing, body sensing, yoga nidra, meditation, mindfulness.
