Vinyasa is commonly know as ‘flow’ yoga or ‘power yoga’. This type of yoga harnesses the breath to align body and mind. You'll develop a stronger mind-body connection and grow in strength and flexibility. In this class the poses smoothy flow together, transitioning from one pose to the next, using the breath to do so. This is one of the most popular contemporary styles of yoga. The benefits of a vinyasa flow include: improved strength , flexibility and range of motion. Suitable for all levels of ability and experience.
