This simple easy flow of poses is perfect for the end of a long day.
This class will give yogi's who are just starting in their practice an opportunity to utilise what they know in a simple flowing sequence.
We will practice the basic principles of breath and alignment, while transitioning through a basic sequence. 
Suitable for all ability and experience levels.
