In chair yoga poses are performed either seated or using the chair for assistance.

Anyone can practice it and a series can be built for you around your own special needs.


With the support of a chair, the benefits of yoga become accessible to even more people, regardless of age, flexibility level, injuries, or mobility issues. 


Those with chronic conditions, weight issues, past injuries or disabilities can increase their range of motion and experience benefits from this practice.
