This 90-minute gentle yoga class is a balanced mix of Yin and Restorative Yoga. Our practice begins with breath-work and centering, followed by a slow flow of yin-style deep stretches, held for 2-8 minutes. You will then settle in to some prop-supported restorative postures for deeper physical relaxation and a guided meditation to promote calm and clarity. This class is perfect for every yogi who wants to de-stress and cultivate peace of mind, body and soul.
Any props that you have at home that might support you - bolsters, pillows, strap, blanket/towel, please bring these along as we are not sharing props at the moment.
